Baseball Fees 

*Calendar year refers to the current year.

• U7 (T Ball) - Must be turning 5, 6 or 7 in the calendar year.  (Registration for this age category is within the Softball registration and is mixed.) - $95.00

• 9U - Rookie - Must be turning 8 or 9 in the calendar year. - $115.00

• 11U - Must be turning 10 or 11 in the calendar year. - $210.00

• 13U - Must be turning 12 or 13 in the calendar year. - $230.00

• 15U - Must be turning 14 or 15 in the calendar year. - $250.00

• 2026 15U AA Tryouts- $75.00 (nonrefundable)

• 2026 15U AA - Must be turning 14 or 15 in the calendar year- $500.00

 Any player movement to a higher level of ball (eg. Moving from Community Ball league to AA Provincial League) and to different associations requires a player transfer. Please refer to this link, and follow the directions.

15U AA Tryouts Only

Tryout fee is nonrefundable.

Mandatory to all players attending the EMB tryouts. Please complete the waiver upon registration.

If it is not complete the player will not be allowed to participate in the tryouts.

Before registering for tryouts;

2026 Season schedule is as follows;

• May 9-10 Play weekend

• May 23-24 Play weekend

• June 13-14 Play weekend

• June 20-21 Play weekend

• *July 4-5 Play weekend Tier 4+ 

• July 11-12 Play weekend

• *July 18-19 Play weekend Tier 1-3

Be prepared to commit to these dates for the upcoming season. If you do not wish to play this extended season, please register for our 15U 'A' Community team.

Tryouts will be open to any players interested. EMB will accept registrations from outside of our association, with the intent of creating a team of 12 players, based on skills, attitude, efforts, sportsmanship and player commitment.

There will be 3 evaluators present to watch, and evaluate the players on both dates. Angie Worthington, president of Rimbey Minor Ball Association, and Kyle French, coach with Sylvan Minor Ball Association, and Bryce Campbell, AAA coach with Red Deer Minor Ball. 

Upon review, the coaches will finalize the roster.

Once the team has been chosen, we will open registration for the players who are rostered to the team.

Players who do not make the final roster will be offered to register for the  ‘A’ 15U CABL team.

If there are not enough registered for a 15U CABL team in Eckville, players will need to make alternate registration arrangements with another ball association. 

Softball Fees

Refund Policy

Eckville Minor Ball has the right to refuse any refunds.

• Refund requests received before March 31 will be evaluated by the executive on a case by case basis and will be subject to a $50 administration fee if the refund is granted.
• No refunds will be available after April 1.
